What you can expect:

HUGO BOSS Benelux B.V. is for the HR department at the head office in Amsterdam currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic: Administrative Employee (m/f) – fulltime (40h). As an Administrative Employee you will work at the HR department and support the HR Advisors in the operational field. You are responsible for the staff of the Benelux. Your tasks consist of drafting employee contracts, keeping the personnel systems up-to-date and taking care of all relevant correspondence. You will assist the line managers with probation periods, end of contracts, etc. You will maintain contacts with employment agencies, provide the first selection of staff in the recruitment process and will support & advice the various managers regarding specific areas including, absenteeism, collective agreements and labor conditions. Furthermore, you will assist in various (HR) projects.

Your profile:

  • A relevant college (HBO or MBO+) degree;
  • Experience from a similar position for at least 1-3 years (retail is a definite plus);
  • Extensive communication skills on all levels and a high level of commitment;
  • Accurate, integrity, proactive, stress resistant and a hands-on mentality;
  • Ability to work independently and in a small team;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Dutch and English, any additional market-specific language e.g. French is desirable;
  • Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Word and MS Excel);
  • Knowledge of SAP system, COBRA and ProTime is a plus;
  • Living nearby Amsterdam.
