Brand Manager Bodywear & Hosiery

HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Shoes & Leather Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

 

Sited within our Brand Management Team, part of Bodywear & Hosiery Business Unit  the candidate in their role will guarantee the development of the collections according to Company strategies and brand themes managing product range definitions, distribution and sales on a global level, taking care of the following tasks:

 

What you can expect:

  • Be responsible for the entire go-to-market process of both, seasonal collections and stock programs;
  • Build up and maintain strong relationships to all subsidiaries and markets to consolidate qualitative and quantitative insights, resulting in sustainable growth plans;
  • Define measures in line with the company’s strategy and each subsidiary’s business plan to foster market growth;
  • Guarantee a competitive and sustainable pricing of all collections and products in line with the company’s target positioning and KPI’s;
  • Interact continuously with all Marketing and Communication departments to ensure a proper implementation of 360° marketing activities on a global level;
  • Execute collection/product presentations and product/staff trainings at dedicated sessions in subsidiaries and the headquarter;
  • Self-responsible planning and steering of projects.

 

Your profile:

  • Have a Master degree in Economics or comparable graduation;
  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Have a distinctive feeling for fashion, excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • Have strong organizational, team working, international and networking mindset;
  • Have excellent knowledge of MS Office, specially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP would be a plus;
  • Be fluent in English. German and Italian would be a plus.
