Operations Production Management Accessories
HUGO BOSS Ticino SA | Coldrerio | Switzerland | Full-time

 

 

HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear and Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

The candidate, sited in our Accessories BU, will supervise the production process coordinating the flow with global vendors ensuring timely realization of products in line with Company targets for quality and workmanship.

These the responsibilities

 

What you can expect:
  • Assist to final inspection of salesman samples and take part to industrialization meetings so to collect materials, products and style coordination information.
  • Allocate production to global vendors verifying capacity, availability of components and then setting final production plan;
  • Perform in bound control of materials, in line and final products inspections at global vendors based on AQL/QI standards so to verify compliance with company standard and policy;
  • Monitor product pilot run, identify hidden quality issue and find out solution before entering mass production. Organize pre-production meetings with production team;
  • Check labelling and packaging instructions and quality;
  • Provide regular reporting to HQ so to guarantee delivery and quality alignment to company requirement;
  • Data maintenance of company systems and official documents alignment;
  • Align constantly with all internal and external company interfaces.
Your profile:
  • Have at least 3/4 years’ experience in same roles developed in international and high process/quality/sustainability focused industries.
  • Have an excellent knowledge of accessories’ materials, construction, machinery and workmanship and a sustainability awareness.
  • Are available for a 50% travel time.
  • Have a very good English knowledge;
  • Are skillful in computer operating;
  • Have a strong organizational mindset and you are delivery to target focused;
  • Are able to manage complex business relations and to develop professional network;
  • Are strongly team oriented and open to innovation.
