The Commercial Head of Nordics HUGO is responsible for managing the overall performance of HUGO Nordic & Baltic retail stores in line with the business strategy, (portfolio includes DOS, Outlet, Airports  and Concession Stores) and also responsible for managing the Wholesale teams business from the Copenhagen show room. Support the Commercial Director HUGO to become the market leader in the premium apparel industry within the Nordic and Baltic markets.

Time will be spent split between the Wholesale and Retail teams, working directly with the Sales Managers and Area Managers on the day to day operations and longer-term plan with the HUGO Commercial Director.

Your profile:

  • Experience working across wholesale and retail business in a senior position for minimum 3 years
  • Ability to set, meet and exceed sales targets has been demonstrated
  • Computer literate  
  • Proactive approach to tasks
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrates an ability to lead, motive, train and develop a team through active management, A true team player
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with all levels within the company
  • Able to handles multiple demands and completing priorities successfully
