We are currently looking for a highly motivated PR & Marketing Officer for HUGO (m/f/d) to join our Team in Copenhagen. The candidate we are looking for is outgoing, responsible and well-organized passionate about and up-to-date on the fashion industry.

 

What you can expect:

  • Implement the HUGO PR & Marketing strategy and calendar milestones across all channels (DOS, WHS, Online store, Franchise, Online concessions)
  • Adapt and leverage local Marketing opportunities in line with the global Marketing strategy
  • Handle all HUGO PR related topics for the Danish market, including managing the sample trafficking of the HUGO press collection and launch metrics.
  • Manage PR agencies for Sweden & Norway and media relations for HUGO, handle press inquiries, pitch media stories and coordinate press events with the PR Manager.
  • Maintain and build media relationships for HUGO with long lead, short lead fashion media, trade magazines, relevant newspapers, online platforms, and influencers, to secure quality press coverage online and offline
  • Identify local HUGO influencers and KOL for seeding and local Social Media campaigns.
  • Drive 360°  innovation on a level, bringing forward new initiatives and ideas, explore and develop strategies for new and engaging customer experiences
  • Devise strategies and tactics to increase Drive-to-Store and Brand engagement on all local consumer touchpoints
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with a wide variety of internal stakeholders such as CRM, E-Com, Business Units, Sales Teams, and liaise externally with agencies.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders as Global PR & Communication team Social Media Team, Influencer Marketing Team, Agencies, etc.
  • Oversee reporting and analytics to ensure all strategies and tactics are tracking against goals and KPIs, evaluate and provide analytical reports to generate actionable insights from the campaigns and continuous improvements 
  • Stay on top of industry trends and mine opportunities within new customer experiences, technologies, partnerships, and emerging platforms
  • Day-to-day budget management 

Your profile:

  • +2 years’ experience working in the fashion industry.
  • Experienced in social media platforms and understand how to build a social first strategy
  • Proven track record of planning and execution of 360° marketing activation concepts (both brand and commercial)
  • Passion for innovative customer marketing experiences, new technology and disruptive storytelling
  • Work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships with ease
  • Energetic individual with an eagerness to develop and learn new skills
