Business Support Manager

The Business Support Manager will provide the highest standard of administrative support to the Directors, be the focal point of contact and liaison between the Directors, Northern hub, Company Headquarters (AG) and internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for the front of house team plus general office procedures to ensure processes and duties in the office flow efficiently.  Responsible for delivery of office budget.

 

 

 

What you can expect:

  • Provides diary management services, including the management and scheduling of key calendar appointments ensuring the effective use of Directors time
  • Organise events and meetings, including the booking of venues, travel and accommodation
  • Manages Office Supplies and Contracts
  • Prepare documents, presentations and other materials in a clear brief, using established formats
  • Dealing with routine issues and coordinating more complex responses, ensuring that these are delivered in a timely and effective manner
  • Frequently liaise with carious internal and external contracts, screening and prioritising all forms of incoming communications
  • Creates budgets and orders office supplies
  • Files and archives accurate records
  • Prepare straightforward analysis, manipulation and interpretation of data
  • Supervision of the Reception team
  • Contract Negotiation with suppliers
  • Manages health and safety as well as fire regulations within the office
  • Negotiates and manages office insurance contracts
  • Manages office subscriptions to magazines and online resources
  • Arranges travel and accommodation plans for executives when required
  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports for the directors

Your profile:

  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written the job holder will act as the first point of contact handling complex and confidential situations and requests in a timely and effective manner
  • Prior Office Management Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
