Facilities Co-ordinator

To support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day management of the FM operation across the UK & Ireland region including the delivery of services as per the service agreements.





What you can expect:

  • Working with the FM to establish the most effective and quick responses to store and head office maintenance issues including emergency call outs.
  • Track and reporting of all stores FM requirements and outstanding actions.
  • Identify the most cost effective route to resolve maintenances issues whilst considering the urgency.
  • Develop and sustain excellent relationships with tenants/customers/clients.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and interaction with Business Support Manager/Retail Area Managers/Store Managers.
  • Support the implementation and day-to-day management of the FM Software across the UK and Ireland.
  • Be a key member for Shop Construction and Facilities team. Take responsibility for the facilities management software and the support/coaching of its users. Provide guidance and support on all FM subjects across the business.



  • Manage the provision of all facilities management services across the region to ensure maximisation of all building environments that enhances business performance. You will also be able to manage relationships with existing suppliers/partners.
  • Manage minor works projects on store repair/improvement controlling costs and time frames.
  • Support the FM with the delivery and reporting of sustainability driving a culture of energy awareness and a focus on cost management.
  • Provide information on maintenance, cleaning & utilities forecast to support the FM on the P&L account management.

  • The individual needs to be reliable, work well individually as well as with a team, can use their own initiative and is not afraid of numbers.
  • The successful candidate will be professional in manner, a willingness to learn, have a flexible approach to work and excellent communication skills.
