Human Resources Intern - 12 months fixed term contract

To support various activities within the HR & Recruitment department by contributing towards the development and delivery of high quality administration and support for the team.

What you can expect:

  • Introduction and use of the HR SAP system
  • Inputting New Starters Changes/leavers into the SAP system
  • Maintenance of letters, contracts, and employee discount books.
  • Supporting the HR Administrator with monthly VISA/ right to work in the UK checks
  • Help to ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and implemented.
  • Ensure relevant HR trackers are up to date.
  • Supporting the recruitment officer by logging job vacancies, creating job descriptions and attending frequent assessment centres, for both Head Office and Retail stores.
  • Supporting payroll with monthly queries and administration.
  • Any other ad hoc duties.

 

 

 

 

Your profile:

  • Knowledge of the Luxury Retail Estate Industry
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels across the business.
  • Be able to demonstrate a can do attitude and desire to continuously improve
  • Organisational and detail oriented with the ability to prioritise different needs of the business.
  • Have the ability to both work as part of a team and individually
  • Competent in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • This role is suitable for Placement Year Students

 

This is a paid Internship for a 12 month period, June 2020 - June 2021.
