Training Co-ordinator - Northern Markets

We are looking to hire a new addition to our Northern Hub Training team. 

Report to the Training Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating and maintaining all retail and customer facing training projects. 


What you can expect:

  • Responsibility for the roll out of new company initiatives and processes. This will require travel to Germany for briefing and then planning the Northern Hub rollout.
  • Assisting the Training Manager in assessing training needs for Retail across the Northern Hub. 
  • Deliver training programmes to company standards and in a format that best suits the trainees attending. Use Germany given content as well as creating own programmes when necessary.
  • Evaluation of training programmes,  and  mmonitor and follow-up on trainings to ensure employees are equipped with skills and knowledge to meet retail standards and to ensure applied knowledge will be put into practice (transfer of learning)
  • Complete reviews of appraisal feedback to create TNA across the Northern Hub, and create & deliver relative programs to meet these needs.
  • Ensure knowledge of subject matter e.g. customer service, product etc. is always up to date and in line with company standards through refreshing trainings and guidelines. .
  • Complete monthly reporting to track all on-going training completed, and create and monitor our sustainability reports for training effectiveness
  • Work alongside HR to make sure that all Management Inductions are planned, with travel being arranged where need be, along with follow ups throughout the probation.
  • Liaise with Retail Operations team to develop required trainings and training plans to to meet local needs as well as utilising AG developed tools. Training should enhance sales and improve profitability by combining selling skills and product knowledge training with operational process training and effective leadership training for store management.
  • Coordinate and conduct trainings of the HUGO BOSS University for all levels of employees such as onboarding, company profile, customer service & selling techniques, basic product, train-the-trainer, process and procedure
  • Provide timely support and coaching to sales staff at all levels on a reactive basis
  • Creation and mMaintenance of face to face and online training using our LMS system
  • Maintain and communicate training & development calendar/activity planner for retail
