What you can expect:

From strategizing to implementation of new projects, you work in a highly networked division to speed up the development of the whole organization. You are curious, solution-oriented and you like to work across different departments and levels of hierarchy.

We are looking for a Scrum Master (m/f/d) starting as soon as possible.

  • With agile methods you accompany teams as a Scrum Master, while being an active part in the cross-departmental transformation network
  • You bring people together to achieve a common goal
  • You support our initiatives in the area „New Ways of Working“ operationally through workshops and project daily business as well as supporting the development and implementation of concepts for our agile transformation
  • You contribute to a better understanding and active implementation of the agile values in the company
  • Your work in an international environment together with internal and external professional experts

Your profile:

  • You are a certified Scrum Master and you have already gained practical experience in that role
  • You possess a strong understanding for communication and group dynamics in combination with teamwork, empathy and persuasiveness
  • Distinct focus on the customer and an confident approach when interacting with co-workers and management throughout all levels of the company hierarchy
  • Ideally you gained relevant experience as Scrum Master in an enterprise, in the running process as well as setting up a new agile team
  • Experience with ‘traditional’ Project Management skills would be useful, but not essential
  • Your work is detail-oriented, efficient and you show yourself to be reliable and ready to perform
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English and, ideally, German
  • You contribute to team spirit through your curiosity, motivation and passion for new challenges
