Project & Innovation Manager (m/f/d)

Our department Global eCommerce is the core of HUGO BOSS AG's eCommerce activities worldwide. We ensure that is a class-leading website and our iOS and Android apps are delivering a tailored customer experience, inspiring our customers and easily helping them in their customer journey to buy their BOSS and HUGO products. To strengthen our continuously growing department and especially our Projects & Innovation team we are looking for an experienced project manager (m/f/d) who has the ownership of small to medium sized global eCommerce projects.


What you can expect:

  • Establish and moderate cross-functional project teams, meetings and workshops
  • Ensure alignment of projects with the overall online and digital strategy at HUGO BOSS
  • Translation of market, competitive and customer trends into relevant measures and activities
  • Incorporating ideas into actionable revenue generating projects ensuring HUGO BOSS is digitally reinventing as a brand
  • Continuous prioritization in partnership with management based on rational decision-making derived from business cases
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Identifying KPIs and benchmarks to establish reporting that impacts strategic decisions and growth

Your profile:

  • Bachelors or Masters in a relevant degree course
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Good knowledge of eCommerce architecture, systems, integrations and processes
  • Experience and knowledge in project management
  • Knowledge in project management software, tools and templates
  • Able to handle new and uncertain situations supported by line manager
  • Able to present ideas and thoughts in a wider group of diverse expertise
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
