Global Planning Manager BOSS Menswear (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Global Planning Manager (m/f/d) who likes to make a difference and drive things forward. Are you enthusiastic about planning activities for specific product groups and do you have initial experience in merchandise management? What you can expect:

  • Ensure an increasing share of an effective, global and market-driven retail buy
  • Provide and align early estimations for retail budgets as input for the market input process and the Risk Buy
  • Consolidate and validate option plans from regions into briefings for Brand Merchandise as well as setting up a Global Buy option plan
  • Define and execute global standard GMM reportings and provide specific merchandise performance analysis
  • Identify and realize global business potentials to drive both top line growth
  • Plan and maintain GMM relevant milestones across the collection development process and pre order phase in close collaboration with the Business Unit milestone planning
  • Enable 360°communication relevant interfaces with Regional Global Buying and Global Planning input

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Fashion/Textile Management or comparable
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Controlling and/or Merchandise Management/Planning in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills as well as a comprehensive understanding of financial figures
  • Ability to translate quantitative data into qualitative action proposals 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and pays close attention to detail 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient level user with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
