Junior Data Manager

A highly motivated team of experts with flat hierarchies who, of course, greatly enjoy their work are looking forward to you joining the CRM area. As a Data Manager you will incorporate processes, policies, guidelines and responsibilities for administering organizations' entire data in compliance with business and/or regulatory obligations. The role involves working with business stakeholders to document business data requirements and with IT counterparts to implement technical solutions. A major part is the databases/warehouse knowledge in order to plan and execute an enterprise-wide data governance, control and compliance policy.


What you can expect:

  • Manages and run ad hoc queries for business requests  around i.e. data quality, database reports etc.
  • Develops and implements then manages continuous ETL jobs for report queries or data quality
  • Manages the data quality reports, analyses root-cause of data issues
  • Leads testing of new developments by IT
  • Needs to development ETL jobs, reports and reports into data manager
  • Support Senior Data Manager to work with business stakeholders to document business data requirements, and work IT and Legal to translate this into a technical solution document

Your profile:

  • Technical & business understanding of complex data driven solutions, ideally in a marketing / CRM or ecommerce context
  • Initial experience of working with customer data and developing business rules for data quality validation, master data management (MDM), etc
  • At least a basic track record of working as, or alongside, a data manager in a mature data governance Framework
  • Above average knowledge in Excel / SQL / BI
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills in English
