Digital Retail is the core of HUGO BOSS AG's eCommerce activities. We ensure that hugoboss.com is a class-leading website, inspiring our customers and easily helping them to buy their HUGO BOSS products. Your are driven by providing the best online shopping experience for the customer? We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Live Chat Expert (m/f/d) to strengthen our Operations Management Digital Retail team.

 

What you can expect:

  • Answer customer inquiries via email, phone, online chat and social channels (whatsapp, facebook, instagram etc.)
  • Owner of the Live Chat platform as well as Chatbot- and phone order back end management 
  • Prioritize and own the chat optimization roadmap and work towards finalizing, test and deliver business concepts
  • Establish accurate, valuable and timely reports derived from backend systems
  • Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to align business requirements affecting several departments
  • Communicate prioritization decisions and deliverables of the product team across various stakeholders
  • Use your chat experience to define, understand and determine industry wide benchmarks on a wider eCommerce perspective
  • Ensure all concepts & marketing promotions are tagged accurately for analytics during development phase

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed bachelor's degree/ master's degree or an equivalent
  • Highly customer- und service orientated, ideally with experience in retail and/or eCommerce (Fashion/Lifestyle/Luxury industry)
  • Oral and written language proficiencies in at least 2 or more: English (is a must), Spanish, Italian    
  • Flexibility of schedule to include evenings, weekends and shift work depending on business needs  
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs   
  • Knowledge of applicable chat tools, systems, feeds, integrations and processes
  • Stay abreast of product knowledge, campaigns and promotional offering in preparation of key commercial moments e.g. Private & Public seasonal sales, Black Friday and Christmas
