Your are driven by providing the best online shopping experience for the customer? For the upcoming holiday season we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Live Chat Platform Specialist (m/f/d) starting in october for the duration of 4 months to strengthen our Operations Management Digital Retail team.



What you can expect:

  • Provide end customers best in class service by answering inquiries via email, phone, online chat and social channels regarding products, services, online order information, accounts and general details
  • Recognize returning customers and providing unparalleled and enjoyable shopping experience through education on new collection
  • Support in creation and maintenance of daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports to measure performance of chat and styling e.g. consolidation of checkout and chat survey findings and sharing with stakeholders
  • Support the mid and senior team members with feedback on currently used chat platform as well as tools for future optimizations and improvements
  • Assist in testing of new features and functionality
  • Report escalated customer issues to mid or senior team members immediately for speedy resolution

Your profile:

  • Highly customer- und service orientated, ideally with Sales experience in retail and/or eCommerce (Fashion/Lifestyle/Luxury industry)
  • Weekend, evenings and holidays availability (Black Friday, December Holidays, and seasonal sale periods from Oct 2021 to Jan 2022)
  • Oral and written language proficiencies in English and German (speak, read, write fluently), Dutch and Spanish are a plus as an additional language
  • Stay abreast of product knowledge, campaigns and promotional offering in preparation of key commercial moments 
  • Knowledge of applicable chat tools, systems, feeds, integrations and processes is an adventage 
  • Good communication skills in order to explain topics adequately to the target audience
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs
