Manager Customer Experience - Retail and Customer Care (m/f/d)

What you can expect:

This role within the Customer Experience Team will support the European hubs, and to some extent all other markets globally, to offer effective support to store teams and customers in our Omnichannel environment.

  • Provide support for Retail Customer Care hubs to echo the Central hub in processes and service standards to spread best practice over time
  • Build up responsibility for the Retail Customer Care processes, working with all relevant departments to achieve the most effective support for customers and sales teams
  • Drive knowledge transfer and constant improvement  including maintenance of training materials and guidelines across all Retail Customer Care processes
  • Drive change towards a service business unit that is embedded in and networking with the Global Retail organization so that customer satisfication is recognised as the responsibility of all
  • Support the long term development of processes and systems with IT to improve customer and sales team experience

Your profile:

  • At least 2-4 years of Retail experience, ideally in a premium fashion environment – this could be head office based or store based but should be closely related to customer needs, retail operations and / or retail processes
  • High level of independence, self-motivation and ability to involve other departments in engaging with feedback to take actions to benefit our customers
  • Strong organizational skills and structured work approach with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • International background and additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
