Manager Influencer Marketing (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Manager Influencer Marketing (m/f/d) to strengthen our Influencer Marketing team as soon as possible.

 

What you can expect:

  • Actively manage all influencer services for HUGO BOSS events / fashion shows / sponsored events / red carpet appearances (guest management, negotiation of appearance fees, travel organization, fittings, stylist booking, photographer booking & briefing etc.)                             
  • Supervise influencer fittings worldwide (in close cooperation with the local regions) including collection handling and sample order at the occasion of international events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers/creators, agency partners and stylists
  • Organize influencer shootings to create content for HUGO BOSS & the influencers´ social media channels           
  • Oversee and develop structure and protocol for seasonal gifting, pre-orders, product seeding, celebrity/influencer store visits and product pulls
  • Drive, track and report on influencer social and editorial coverage from benchmarking to KPIs analysis
  • Content Management support for the BOSS & HUGO Social Media Accounts (Percolate planning, posting, actively interact with community)

Your profile:

  • BA or MA degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in influencer marketing for a global company or agency
  • Experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a luxury or creative brand, is a plus 
  • Working experience in Public Relations, Booking or Talent Agency is a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital media landscape, particularly within social media   
  • Deep background knowledge of fashion industry and market environment
  • Existing knowledge of the celebrity/influencer industry on Instagram and Tik Tok channels, stylists and agency network
  • Organized and structured thinking and action
  • Open and professional manner as well as reliability and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast paced, deadline driven environment together in a team
  • Strong fashion sense and awareness of popular culture
  • Passion for social networking and curiosity on new trends
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken in English
