Manager Retail Business Systems - Omnichannel (m/f/d)

What you can expect:

As a Manager Retail Business Systems - Omnichannel within Global Retail Business Development you act as an interface between Digital Retail, our departments and our subsidiaries.

You will focus on the maintenance and improvement of the MOCCA, Kiosk and Experience table applications at the front end.

  • Optimize the shops continuously. This ranges from ensuring the appropriate seasonal images are shown on the home page of the shops to the setup of promotional menu options and filters through to enhancing the functionality
  • Engage with the Digital Advisors of the Stores for key user feedback on requirements and needs to enhance further
  • Continuous monitoring of developments from the online store and the NEO team and, if necessary, initiating their implementation in the shops
  • Work with IT development and the OCS team to enhance functionality like image swiping, page scrolling, visibility of additional information (front end only enhancements with no back end requirements)
  • Support the MOCCA 2.0 development work with the Product Owner
  • Further development of kiosk maintenance including update of imagery and the relevant filters and menu options for events like Sale and Black Friday
  • Constant exchange and contact with local markets (exchange of information, sharing best practice)

Your profile:

  • Study of (international) business administration or economics, business administration / management, textile / trade management or comparable education would be preferred
  • Experience in a shop manager role in an Ecom organisation or experience in practical retail
  • High Internet affinity, very good communication skills, pronounced analytical thinking, structured approach and agility
  • Flexibility, willingness to perform and independent way of working
  • Think Omnichannel and love to work in a team
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
  • Able to prioritize your topics independently
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
