Omnichannel Tester Global Retail Systems & Operations (m/f/d) | temporary

Within the Global Retail Services department, the Global Retail Systems & Operations team is responsible for developing strategies, concepts and tools to standardize and optimize in-store processes for all of our Point of Sales (POS) across the globe. We are searching for a motivated and proactive Omnichannel Tester (m/f/d) to join our Global Retail Systems & Operations team for a 3 month period, starting September 2021 (temporary contract).
 

 

What you can expect:

  • You will work in an independent, target-oriented and agile way on a number of interesting tasks, supporting international projects, aimed at the HUGO BOSS omnichannel initiative
  • You will be in close cooperation with internal Project Managers, as well as various IT Teams
  • Your core focus will be executing and documenting technical tests in various omnichannel systems, like our cash desk, customer outreach or customer registration tools
  • Furthermore, you will assist the teams in preparing, evaluating, and interpreting the test results
  • Acting in this diverse environment will give you the opportunity to build up an interesting network. Besides that, you will be able to stretch your knowledge and skills into new directions, whilst supporting a highly strategic topic for HUGO BOSS

Your profile:

  • Experience in the creation and execution of technical tests, ideally in the omnichannel environment
  • Knowledge of using the XStore cash desk system, SAP CAR, SAP Retail, TFS or Jira would be an advantage
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational skills and structured work approach with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, also in a remote way
  • Ability to follow a solution-oriented approach by sticking to an effective time management
  • Cultural knowledge and awareness
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Experience in using remote communication tools, like MS Teams or Skype, would be a plus
