Onsite Manager Global eCommerce (m/f/d)

Global eCommerce is the heart of all eCommerce activities at HUGO BOSS AG. With the claim "Best in Class" we offer an inspiring and customer-oriented eCommerce shopping experience. Are you enthusiastic about onsite activities and do you enjoy designing and improving processes? We are looking for a motivated Onsite Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our Merchandise Management eCommerce team.


What you can expect:

  • Independent and continuous improvement of the customer journey and the user experience in the own online shop 
  • Continuous optimization of onsite areas such as navigation, internal search, recommendations and product placement
  • Implementation, control and optimization of all relevant onsite measures in close cooperation with the Senior Onsite Manager and the team
  • Planning, conception and maintenance of brand and product perception  
  • Continuous performance measurement of key performance indicators (conversion rate, clicks, search, etc.) and development of optimization proposals
  • Regular market, trend and competition observations
  • Participation in international and cross-functional projects
  • Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as Merchandising, Performance Marketing, Platform Management, CRM and Digital Retail
  • Participation in task-relevant meetings as well as their preparation and follow-up

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics or communication sciences (with a focus on marketing / eCommerce) or comparable training
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of eCommerce
  • Enthusiasm for the fashion sector and high communication skills
  • Experience with web-based tools (store and content management systems), tracking and analysis tools such as Google Analytics
  • Sensitivity for usability and design as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills 
  • Structured and independent way of working, as well as high flexibility in dynamic daily business
  • Very good language skills in English, further language skills are an advantage
  • Experience in agile working environment (Kanban or similar advantageous)
