Order Manager E-Commerce (m/f/d)

Digital Retail is the core of HUGO BOSS AG's E-Commerce activities. We ensure that is a class-leading website, inspiring our customers and easily helping them to buy their HUGO BOSS products.


What you can expect:

  • Responsible for day-to-day coordination between Order Management and Logistics Teams as well as support in EMEA projects and global rollouts
  • Recommend solutions for continuous optimization of Fulfilment topics (e.g. improve & add new services i.e. shipping methods etc.)
  • Create test scenarios for Fulfilment & Logistics related improvements as well as support testing initiatives and assist in documenting integrative test scenarios
  • Report errors and track bug fixes in collaboration with IT
  • Lead liaison with Global E-Commerce and cross-functional stakeholders for B2C SCM topics
  • Regularly benchmarking and preparation of reports as needed providing system and process improvement
  • Alert management on risks and impacts of lost opportunities in the existing logistics portfolio to scale and grow the business

Your profile:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Economics, Logistics or equivalent plus one year of working experience
  • Strong B2C logistic skills, ideally additional B2C customs skills
  • Organised, pragmatic and target-oriented
  • Ability to work in a team and handling complex issues
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Fluent in German and English, spoken & written
