We are looking for a Retail Communications Manager (m/f/d) to join our Global Retail Communications, Training & Development team

 

What you can expect:

  • Drive retail performance, consistency, execution and optimization through support and lead of global and cross functional initiatives, projects and tools
  • Develop and optimize innovative and solution oriented retail communication tools to boost global retail processes, dynamic retailing, commerciality, customer centricity, customer experience and sustainable growth
  • Design, execute and lead global competitions and incentive programs 
  • Prepare, deliver and follow-up on measures of communication initiatives, events and workshops in all regions
  • Actively engage with our global retail community, facilitate a retail mindset and behavior through communication and initiatives
  • Initiate feedback from local markets to constantly develop retail initiatives to the next level
  • Manage retail projects including time management and strongly communicate results and recommendations to management, stakeholders and team
  • Proactively share know how, expertise and best practices with all relevant retail markets, stakeholders, management and team

Your profile:

  • Demonstrated retail experience – ideally in Fashion Retail
  • University degree in communication, business, economics, psychology or adult education would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of communication tools and state of the art communication & incentive programs
  • Strong experience in creating, delivering, leading and executing initiatives and projects for retail employees using multiple media 
  • Experience in leading and executing global projects and teams
  • Strong design, visualizing skills and creativity required
  • Fluent in English preferable as a second language (spoken and written) as well as advanced MS Office skills 
  • Very good communication, methodical and presentation skills, high level of emotional intelligence, strong customer centricity / retail commerciality
  • Strong organizational skills, structured work approach with attention to detail
  • Excellent follow-up, organizational skills, project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, following a solution-oriented approach and effective time management
  • Self-confidence and positive demeanor, engaging personality in an international environment
