Senior Expert Talent Management and Organizational Development (m/f/d)

As a Senior Expert Talent Management and Organizational Development (m/f/d) you will work closely with our HR Business Partners as well as business to shape and execute organizational changes.

 

What you can expect:

  • Planning, designing and implementing organizational changes

  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

  • Guide and advise leaders on their role in the change by leadership enablement initiatives as part of the change readiness initiatives.

  • Support the HR Managers by sharing learnings, developing tools and approaches to allow them to help the business through transitions

  • Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor.

Your profile:

  • Solid experience of organizational development, change management and or talent management in large scale organizations
  • Experience in big transformational programs or ideally operating model changes and organizational design projects, as well as change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English and German
  • Experience in facilitating workshops will be considered a plus
  • Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges, as well as optimism and resilience
