Senior Manager TikTok HUGO (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Manager TikTok HUGO (m/f/d) to strengthen our Social Media team as soon as possible.

 

What you can expect:

  • Responsible for launching and maintaining HUGO TikTok Channel successfully, building world class, highly innovative and inherently social campaigns on TikTok, that are insight-led and resonate with target audience and community, driving reach and engagement.
  • Initiate, create and lead global social media projects and campaigns for our brand HUGO on TikTok, delivering against strategy and objectives.
  • Devise strategies and tactics to increase reach and engagement on TikTok. Manage social media driven campaigns from ideation, content production to execution and performance measurement.
  • Drive innovation, bring forward new initiatives and ideas, explore and develop strategies to engage customers via TikTok to drive awareness, conversation and affinity to HUGO.
  • Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to create and implement social first campaigns with key opinion leaders.
  • Oversee the annual planning, working closely with the social media managers, community managers and Influencer marketing managers.
  • Manage campaign roll-out and storytelling on TikTok, taking into account objective and audience for each project, ensuring relevant and up-to-date content.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with a wide variety of internal stakeholders such as Global Art Direction, Global Licenses, Brand Communications, E-Com, Global Sustainability and liaise externally with agencies. 
  • Cooperate closely with Global Media to identify paid opportunities maximizing campaign efficiency.
  • Oversee and create all reporting and social analytics to ensure all strategies and tactics are tracking against goals and KPIs.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and mine opportunities within partnerships, emerging platforms, and product betas.


 

Your profile:

  • 5+ years experience in social media marketing for a global company or equivalent industry experience 
  • University degree, bachelor or master level
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of digital media landscape, particularly within TikTok and also within social media (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, Snapchat)
  • An understanding of major Asian social networks is a plus – WeChat, Weibo, LINE, Douyin
  • Proven track record of planning and executing impactful global socially-led activations on TikTok and operating withing a complex market set-up
  • Ability to manage and / or collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams within wider marketing and strong affinity with cross-channel orchestration
  • Experience with social metrics, social listening, web analytics tools and data driven insights. Proficiency working with social media tools and analytics dashboards.
  • Target-oriented, high-performance working style, able to proactively drive projects
  • A passion for innovative digital marketing, new technology and disruptive storytelling is key
  • Very solid project management skills required
  • Resilient with the ability to be reactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • English, full professional proficiency
