Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

You are a digital native who enjoys helping to shape the social media presence of a global lifestyle company in an international context? To strengthen the Global Corporate Communications department, we are looking (starting immediately) for a committed and experienced team player who likes to drive things forward together. What you can expect:

  • Responsibility for maintenance and further development of the social media channels for the Group
  • Independent planning and publication of posts on HUGO BOSS corporate and C-level channels (e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram); copywriting for posts
  • Management of the HUGO BOSS social community (including monitoring, listening, commenting and crisis management)
  • Continuous optimization of topic playout with regard to text, image and video along user expectations and target groups
  • Development of strategies and measures to increase reach and engagement, including as part of a corporate influencer program
  • Synchronization and extension of all social media activities in the digital corporate eco-system
  • Continuous creation of reports and derivation of action areas to achieve the defined goals and KPIs
  • Regular trend scouting and benchmarking in industry comparison and new platforms
  • Proactive and close exchange with internal and external interfaces

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in communications or media studies
  • Several years of professional experience (at least 3-5 years) in social media on the agency or corporate side
  • High quality awareness as well as passion for social media
  • Service-oriented approach to internal interfaces; sense of responsibility, reliability, thoroughness and flexibility
  • Project management skills and experience in developing social media concepts in an international context
  • Experienced in using digital organization and publishing tools
  • Very good written English and German skills (at least one of the languages at native-speaker level) and interest in business and lifestyle topics
  • Ability to work in a team, high level of motivation as well as the ability to work independently and precisely even under time pressure
