What you can expect:

HUGO BOSS is looking for you to help build and develop a Retail Customer Care Team starting from February 1st 2019! We need a team player who focuses on customer satisfaction while working in a dynamic and international environment.   • Supporting and advising our end consumers via all sales and common communication channels including telephone, mail, chat and social media
  • Professional handling in case of escalation
  • Ensuring a fast and competent service when it comes to process relevant and technical queries of our store staff
  • Taking over responsibility as shift manager and supporting the team in the daily business
  • Ideal management of resources to guarantee quality and compliance with KPIs across all customer communication channels
  • Organisational tasks such as planning shifts, reporting, test management and knowledge transfer
  • Orientation and training of new employees
  • Interface coordination and communication

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed business management training as well as a minimum of two years of professional experience in a comparable customer service role
  • Good knowledge of common hard- and software (MS Windows, MS Office, Browser, etc.) experience with call center systems and SAP are of advantage
  • Excellent language skills in at least two european languages ​​(French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, English, German - fluent)
  • High problem-solving competence with a proactive and innovative approach
  • Analytical and structural approach to complex cases
  • Motivational and communicational skills
  • Assuring, sharp and customer-oriented demeanor
  • Your focus is customer satisfaction, strong service and offering consumer oriented solutions
  • Willingness to work in shifts, even on weekends
