Community Manager (m/f/d) / temporary contract 1 year

In this position, you'll be coordinating and executing the global social editorial calendar for all global social media channels. Thereby, ensuring a smooth customer journey as well as a constant dialog with the audience. Further, you will be responsible for analyzing all social media activations in order to provide action plans for continuous improvements. The position is a temporary role for 12 months.


What you can expect:

  • Create and maintain the global social media calendar for each social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest). Thereby, responsible for the tactical execution of posts, livestreams, etc.
  • Track, analyze and report social media initiatives and campaigns to provide actionable insights for continuous improvements, working closely with the social media managers as well as other internal stakeholders as Investor Relations
  • Conduct social listening and audience audits including volume, sentiment, conversation drivers, talents, etc. to provide insights and action plans as well as manage crises when they arise
  • Maintain all social media channels making sure all content and (social commerce) features are up-to-date to ensure a seamless customer journey for our global audience. Keep up with new social formats, beta tests, derive recommendations and optimize tactics
  • Manage social media conversations and opportunities to engage with and develop stronger relationships with our communities. Interact with users and drive engagement, working closely with Customer Service and other internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to identify content opportunities and create content

Your profile:

  • 3 - 5+ years experience in social media marketing for a global company
  • University degree, bachelor or master level
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of digital media landscape, particularly within social media (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok). An understanding of major Asian social networks is a plus - WeChat, Weibo, LINE
  • Proven track record of editorial planning and content management
  • Very solid analytical skills required. Strong experience in analyzing and creating social metrics, social listening, working with web analytics tools and data driven insights
  • Proficiency working with social media tools and analytics dashboards as well as experience with Google Analytics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Resilient with the ability to be reactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English
