Team Lead Global Sales Development (m/f/d)

As a Team Lead Global Sales Development we offer you insights into a fast paced and attractive fashion environment and ask you to lead a highly motivated and successful team.

 

What you can expect:
  • Lead and empower a high performing team to build successful business cases, convincing pitch decks and implement new business solutions.
  • Own and further enhance the global sales strategy, the sales orientation of HUGO BOSS and the further development of all global sales initiatives. 
  • Identify and develop business potentials, innovative distribution formats, new ideas and commercial strategies to enthuse partners and consumers while at the same time increase company performance, and achieve corporate goals.
  • Support the CSO office with fact-based decision-making, analysis and presentations for internal as well as external events.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels across HUGO BOSS's and our partners. Build a network with relevant stakeholders to drive multiple projects to conclusions in a timely manner. Discuss monthly business reviews and represent progress against core initiatives, deliverables and annual strategy.
  • Constantly update yourself about market and industry changes, latest trends and build a profound understanding of sales proccess and solutions. 
Your profile:
  • You have a University degree in the field of business administration, business development, management or an equivalent. 
  • You have a deep knowledge of sales, business development and an experience of 5+ years as well as expertise in leading high-performing teams. 
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English with the ability and confidence to cooperate with colleagues and management throughout all levels of the company hierarchy. German skills are of a advantage.
  • You translate complex concepts in easy to understand ways.
  • You are solutions-oriented and passionate about leading initiatives, projects and change.
  • You take initiative, and you show yourself to be reliable and ready to perform.
