Team Lead Order Management E-Commerce (m/f/d)

Digital Retail is the core of HUGO BOSS AG's E-Commerce activities. We ensure that is a class-leading website, inspiring our customers and easily helping them to buy their HUGO BOSS products.


What you can expect:

  • Identify, manage & communicate OM & Logistics related system, processes & technology needs
  • Guide & train project and sub-project leads to deliver approved and exploratory topics, developing & presenting business & test cases, and educating teams on internal OM/PM protocols and processes
  • Oversee day to day operations & identify optimization needs of Order Management and related interfacing processes/delivery models
  • Partner with cross functional teams on a local and global scale (mainly Risk & Fraud, Logistics, Global Retail Operations etc.)
  • Establish accurate, valuable & timely reports derived from backend systems (real time), as per management and business needs
  • Continuous development and optimization of projects depending on business needs
  • Evolve the team development, compensation & training plans to cater to current & future business / structure

Your profile:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent plus 7+ years of E-Commerce/Retail experience
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand data and use it to derive understanding
  • Familiar with Risk & Fraud screening tools & analytics, GA or other analytics tools, PIM, CMS, Demandware/Hybris (E-Commerce platforms) etc.
  • Understanding of premiere luxury market and competitive landscape
  • Omnichannel/Digital/Retail affinity
