We are looking for a Team Leader Brand Communications (m/f/d).

 

What you can expect:

  • Plan and drive Hugo Boss’s brand PR strategy and ensure a global execution in line with the overall communication strategy in close cooperation with the country organizations and the license department including fragrance, eyewear, kids wear 
  • Optimize interactions between the stakeholders across various departments to enhance HUGO BOSS 360° approach
  • Propose inspirational topics in regard to product and fashion, as well as sustainability and sponsorship (music, art, sports) and edit intriguing stories to highlight creativity of BOSS & HUGO and sharpen the brands image 
  • Set strong and reliable bonds with the market´s PR offices and agencies to ensure knowledge transfer within the teams and HUGO BOSS subsidiaries on global and local communication relevant topics
  • Provide country organizations with the necessary country specific press material. Control and validate editorial action plans and implementation within markets, support and advise, if needed
  • Continuously observe and control the worldwide implementation of the PR strategy according to plan 
  • Keep close contact to the most important relevant international press and journalists, ensure that global synergies are exploited where possible
  • Stay on top of industry trends and mine opportunities within partnerships, emerging platforms, and product betas
  • Independent project lead of events such as (digital) Press Days as well as supervision of local PR events in international markets. Responsibility for PR strategy, guest and hospitality management at fashion shows and global brand building events
  • Manage, motivate and accompany direct reports in the team 

Your profile:

  • Commercial training, BA or MA studies / graduate degree

  • Minimum of 5 years (international) working experience in fashion industry marketing / public relations

  • Excellent communication skills, deep background knowledge of fashion industry and market environment

  • Excellent written and spoken English as well as other language skills beneficial

  • Strong valuable international PR network, deep understanding of international media landscape and market conditions of respective markets

  • Personal initiative and leadership skills

  • Open and professional manner, organized and structured thinking and action

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Reliability and accuracy
