We are looking for a Team Lead Concessions Program Management (m/f/d)


What you can expect:

  • Develop a long term business partner implementation strategy supporting business scalability to deliver high speed partner integrations and global coverage
  • Development of new markets, scalable business models and processes and identification of BP requirements                   
  • Guide Program Management team to drive global business partner roadmap and identify gaps in service offering in partnership with IT, ensuring smooth execution                                                                       
  • Review day to day operations as well as medium to long term operational optimization of Business Partner Management processes and delivery models to consistently improve efficiency and scalability                                                                      
  • Build & maintain productive strategic partnerships with cross-functional internal stakeholders and external strategic partners (Business Partner, Aggregator etc.)
  • Guide Customer Experience Manager to ensure a seamless CX among all online touchpoints       
  • Reporting & Analytics: Establish accurate, valuable & timely reports to formulate data driven decisions for operational excellence
  • Consult markets in business partner selection, acquisition, contract negotiation and board approval preparation and act as internal ambassador concerning business partner models                  

Your profile:

  • Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business, Marketing or Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale, retail or distribution business preferred in the online space
  • Previous experience ideally Sales, Brand Management, Consulting, Marketing or Online sales
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills as well as strong capacity to communicate and building trusted relationships
  • High level of motivation and team player mentality
