Teamleader Global Projects & Processes (m/f/d)

The area of Global Merchandise Projects is responsible for the optimization and further development of all processes and tools in the area Retail Merchandising, for our own stores and all belonging channels. We identify in close cooperation with our global users possible areas of improvement and push innovations to increase quality as well as efficiency of our processes to build up success. We are looking for a Teamleader Merchandise Process Development (m/f/d) in full/ part time (min. 70 percent).

 

What you can expect:

  • Leads a process and project team in the area of HUGO BOSS` own Retail Merchandising with focus on optimization and development of global HB Merchandising tools and processes: from Merchandise planning through promotion handling for DOS, E-com and Outlet
  • Aligns business and project priorities to execute companies strategy and vision, guides the team accordingly
  • Anticipates future business needs and ensures execution of project plans, scope and milestones and early delivery of measurable business benefit
  • Empowers the team to reach clear goals and build up success and challenges the content if needed
  • Support companywide projects in the area of demand and supply
  • Uses market knowledge and experience to work in a close partnership with IT
  • Collaborates cross-cultural with different teams, stakeholders & global regions

Your profile:

  • At least 4 years experience in merchandise management or process and project management 
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience
  • Bachelor or master in business administration or similar
  • Very good communication skills in german and english
  • Good process understanding, ability to think abstract
  • Good analytical and conceptional skills, has a quick grasp
  • Experience in working in close contact to IT interfaces
  • First experience with agile methods is a plus
  • Ideally has already worked in an international environment
