Digital Marketing Coordinator

To support all digital marketing activity across digital retail channels in all aspects of campaign communication and external brand presence to the end consumer, including but not limited to: all marketing initiatives of US e-commerce site, performance marketing, social media activities, email communications, marketing copy, and analytical reporting.

 

What you can expect:

  • Support all online marketing initiatives for the US ecommerce site including, email activities, on site content and shops and on-site/off-site specials and promotions in collaboration with the omnichannel marketing team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with creative agency and EU digital marketing team. Partner with the creative agency and counterparts in Germany to develop and brief all creative elements and assets for emails, on site guides, landing pages, site teasers, stories, off site display banners, etc.
  • Develop and execute the email marketing campaign strategy, including ongoing maintenance and relaunch of welcome programs, abandon cart/browse based emails, triggered emails and ongoing weekly/monthly reporting. Partner with email service provider, CRM provider and external partners.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with ESP to set up, test, and schedule and deploy marketing and transactional emails. Work to advance these emails thru integration with AgilOne, Certona, etc. Integrate predictive intelligence and analytics into all digital campaigns and overall digital marketing strategy
  • Partner with CRM team to define email segmentation strategy and on-going development with the goal of increasing email engagement, opens and clicks.
  • Work directly in content management system to set up, develop, test and implement landing pages, on site teasers, content stories and shops. Pull landing page and teaser reporting.
  • Maintain and oversee the digital marketing calendar, including all emails, on site content updates, product launches, external partnerships, campaign launches, etc.
  • Support social media and influencer marketing campaigns and tactics, including product and sample management, influencer product seeding, strategic campaign development, etc.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing or Communications)
  • 2 -3 years related experience
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently/take initiative
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
  • Excellent team working skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships across multiple levels and global divisions
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Proficient in Oracle Respnsys and First Spirit (CMS) is a plus
