Marketing & CRM Assistant

To support the overall needs of the Marketing Team with strong support on all CRM related topics. Will support the Marketing team on all aspects of the business as it pertains to Digital Email Marketing, Retail (DOS) and Wholesale Marketing, Performance Marketing and especially CRM, reporting, planning etc.


What you can expect:

  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Supporting marketing team in organizing various projects to support the business across digital, retail, wholesale & CRM.
  • Conducting benchmarking and analyzing customer reports including but not limited to, data capture reporting, customer voice reporting, retention & reactivation reporting, email marketing reporting (US, CA & MX) 
  • Execute the following CRM reports and analysis: Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Data Capture Report for Exec and Retail Team, VIP Customer Analysis & Reporting, Email Marketing Reporting & Heat-Mapping to Evaluate Effectiveness of Marketing Campaigns, CRM Client List Pulls for Retail 
  • Create Audiences for Efficient Targeting for Email and Other Marketing Communications
  • Sweepstakes Template Building & Reporting
  • Collaborate with CRM manager and work within our Customer Data Platform’s (CDP) to update, build and analyze customer insights related to CRM KPIs (ex. retention rate, database growth, etc.)
  • Assist in the organizing of Community Marketing & Grassroots Marketing events and digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
  • Prepare Marketing & CRM presentations and collect necessary reporting from all team members
  • Work with marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Manage invoicing for the entire Marketing & Communications team and budget management across the various accounts

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing or Communications)
  • 1 – 2  years related experience
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
  • Highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently/take initiative
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment 
  • Excellent team working skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships across multiple levels and global divisions
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs 
  • Photoshop is a plus
