Retail Operations Internship

We are looking for proactive interns to join the Retail Operations team of the U.S. corporate office in New York starting on February 17th, 2020, for 6 months. As an Intern in our Retail Operations Department you will be able to assist the Retail Operations team in implementing and executing technical impact projects and strategies that will drive growth, optimize retail operations and profitability in our stores and shops. The internship is unpaid. What you can expect:

  • Draft and communicate the weekly e-Newsletter to Retai

  • Manage Retail Telephone Directory updates and changes

  • Support Sales Audit team with reviewing bank deposit faxes and the collection of sales data and dates

  • Provide assistance with Store Operations initiatives and projects

  • Invoice management assistance

  • Document warehouse shipping errors reported by stores

  • Partner with the development of local best practices and policies for the US

  • Collaborate on shop openings, remodels and renovations

  • Organize store hospitality orders

  • Communicate with all business channels in regards to daily needs (i.e. follow up on reports, tools, tracking of issues, open shipments, etc.)

  • Provide support in the bi-annual Inventory stock take ensuring proper preparation and execution

Your profile:

  • Team player
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Very detail oriented
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize, while working independently
  • Highly proficient with MS Office
  • Be able to solve inquiries quickly and to take initiative
  • Methodical and conscientious
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
