Sales - Latin America Internship

We are looking for proactive interns to join the Sales- Latin America team of the U.S. corporate office in New York on August 17th, 2020, for 6 months. As an Intern in our Sales- Latin America Department you will prepare sales tools for market season such as swatches and spreadsheets assist in setting up the showroom with the collection samples, conduct launches, as well as assist in the process of presenting and selling the upcoming collection with Account Executives.
Interns in the Sales – Latin America Department are expected to interact in Spanish with our major clients in Mexico, Latin America and Caribbean. The internship is unpaid. HUGO BOSS Fashions, Inc. is an Equal Employment/Affirmative Employer (M/F/D/V).

What you can expect:

  • Order Entry
  • Send out order confirmations by the end of the sales season.
  • Preparing sales tools for market season (spreadsheets, swatches, samples etc.)
  • Setting up the showroom with the collection samples
  • Support by maintaining the showroom in order
  • Conduct the launch and the process of presenting and selling the upcoming collection with Account Executives
  • Interacting with major clients from Mexico, Latin America and Caribbean
  • Support the launch of collections
  • Maintaining client data base and order information
  • Conduct research of specific markets in order to support the business development

Your profile:

  • Highly motivated and strong interest in Fashion & Sales to accomplish the goals of the department
  • To possess solid, oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Excellent initiative
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Flexible in accepting new or additional assignments
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
