eCommerce Content Associate

The eCommerce Content Associate is responsible for executing all on-site content and merchandising for the HUGO BOSS online store within the Demandware Business Manager (SFCC). The Content Associate will also utilize the Product Information Management system, to assist in the timely activation of new merchandise on site.

 

What you can expect:

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage product activations using the internal PIM system and ensure all assets are accurately merchandised, filtered, and “live” in a timely manner.
  • Create curated shops for marketing campaigns and specialty sections onsite, including but not limited to featured shops, markdowns and promotions, holiday communication, etc.
  • Maintain and update technical site optimizations including in-site search engine optimization, executing and maintaining SEO strategy, site copy and legal communication, and overall site functionality
  • Proactively manage all quality assurance tasks on a daily basis, being responsible for the site’s overall accuracy and consistency as well as assisting with QA during the scheduled site releases

 
System & Technology Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Demandware Business Manager (SFCC)
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with a Product Information Management system

Your profile:

  • BS College Degree
  • Requires basic understanding of HTML
  • 2-3 years of eCommerce content management experience preferred.
  • Must be highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility,  and willingness & passion for continuous improvement and learning in all areas of the business
  • Must work well independently, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable and organized
  • Must be a dynamic team player, problem solver and have effective time management skills with the ability to work across various teams including wholesale, retail, stores, 3PL, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to work efficiently with all ecommerce stakeholders and clients in a fast paced environment
