What you can expect:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Generalist to join the team at HUGO BOSS.  Based in our Head Office in the Northern Suburbs, the role will be responsible for executing the HUGO BOSS people strategy. 
The ideal candidate will be able to work strategically when required but be very comfortable to work autonomously and operationally day to day. 

  • Working closely with your business partners to reduce LTO within your region
  • Managing the recruitment needs for your region
  • Providing generalist HR advice and guidance to your business partners
  • Advising on employment relation issues
  • Managing a portfolio of stores and warehouse
  • Leading key projects to support the delivery of strategy
  • Managing performance issues within your region
  • Designing and implementing training programs to suit the business needs

Your profile:

  • Experience within a HR Advisor or Business Partner role within the retail environment (desired)
  • Tertiary qualification within Human Resources
  • Proven experience managing high volume recruitment
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding time management & problem solving skills
