Administrative Employee (Parttime) - Roermond BOSS Outlet
HUGO BOSS Benelux Retail B.V. | Roermond | 2416 | Part-time

As Administrative Employee you support the General Manager and Store Manager to execute the administration of the store.


What you can expect:

  • Processing the time registration of all employees;
  • Collecting data for processing joining and leaving employees and all personnel mutations;
  • Keeping records for absenteeism;
  • Providing reports to the management team;
  • Create the weekly schedules;
  • Answering the telephone;
  • Taking care of the BHV trainings, enrolling new managers/supervisors and monitoring refresh trainings.

Your profile:

  • At least a degree on MBO level;
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office;
  • Demonstrable success gained in an administrative position, preferably with a recognized brand, for at least 2 years;
  • Strong personality with a flexible attitude;
  • Affinity with Hugo Boss clothing and clientele;
  • Well-organized and consequent;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Dutch and English;
  • Living nearby Roermond.
