IT Specialist
HUGO BOSS China Retail | Shanghai | China | Full-time
  

  1. Work on service desk environment for the mainland China locations including offices and retail stores
  2. Provide 1st level technical IT support through Servicedesk to internal clients for troubleshooting and resolution of desktop problems in a network environment
  3. Coordinate and escalate problems to 2nd level support team if unable to resolve at 1st level
  4. Perform office and store IT hardware/software installations
  5. Assist team member in IT technical projects or store projects
  6. Coordinate regularly with Germany and Hong Kong IT teams, work as a virtual team member of APAC IT team.

 

What you can expect:

Your profile:

  • Minimum 2 years’ service desk experience supporting IT in MNC environment.
  • University diploma within IT or related field
  • Fluent in English, Written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft (Windows OS and Office suites),   
  • WAN/LAN, Outlook, Skype for Business is required
  • Experienced ITSM and ITIL processes and techniques
  • Experienced in regional or global IT environment
  • Experienced retail business process knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Good team player
