Convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS to the marketplace by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing the brand through exciting merchandise presentations and executing operational strategies resulting in positive operating profits


What you can expect:

  • Arrive early to open & leave late to close 
  • Follow the P&P Opening / Closing Cashing up / banking checklist 
  • Opening and closing Store Operations 
  • Ensure store is clean and organized 
  • Operate the alarm system, including setting and disarming 
  • Ensure alarm system is in working order, troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary 
  • Oversee the cleaning and delivery staff 
  • Identify problems with working conditions and share with management
  • Process returns, exchanges and application of discounts/promotions as needed
  • Process shipment and in-store transfers
  • Execute markdowns as needed
  • Merchandise and replenish product as needed
  • Upkeep Visual Standards 
  • Maintain high levels of communication with sales associates, supports staff, managers, corporate personnel and customers 
  • Assist staff during periods of high volume 
  • Understand, communicate and execute all store operational policies and procedures 
  • Ensure all relevant conditions relating to Health & Safety are fulfilled and empower store staff to achieve the highest standards to support store management within this area 
  • Ensure all documentation relating to Health & Safety are well recorded and maintained 
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients – key focus on driving sales and service

Your profile:

  • 3+ years of retail experience 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Must be available for early and late shifts as well as on the weekends 
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong customer service and selling experience 
  • Professional demeanor and friendly nature 
  • Good written and verbal skills 
  • Reliable transportation to the store
