Visual Merchandising Manager - Poland / Eastern Europe (based in Warsaw)

Your area of responsibility contains the visual merchandising at our franchise partner in Poland and other Eastern European countries as well as the design of the Store windows regarding our Visual Merchandising Guidelines. You will work in a team of two and report to the subsidiary in Switzerland. Frequently you will support our Stores & Shops on-site, work closely with the store manager / sale assistance together, and educate the store team regarding the visual merchandising guidelines to react on the current sales through.


What you can expect:

In support to our activities in the field Visual Merchandising for the subsidiary HUGO BOSS International Markets AG we are looking for a new team member who will be in charge of the following:


  • VM responsibility for Poland and other Eastern European countries
  • Support Visual Merchandising of Franchise Stores, SIS, Travel Retail and WHS Partners
  • Support Model Store Implementation
  • Monitoring & dressing Windows to reflect the current collection
  • Offering feedback, VM training and support to Store Teams
  • Support Press/Marketing Events
  • Any other ad hoc tasks in line with VM Activities

Your profile:

  • Degree in Visual Merchandising or other related areas in the fashion industry
  • Fundamental experience in store visual merchandising
  • Willingness to travel frequently (80%)
  • Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork internally and with the business partner
  • Fluent in English and Polish, further language skills in German or any other Eastern Europe languages an advantage
  • Creative and visual display ability required
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications as Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Ability to be flexible and work extended hours when required
