The CRM Associate will work to execute the HUGO BOSS omnichannel communication and customer engagement strategy through innovative CRM initiatives. These initiatives are including, but not limited to segmentation, campaign development and set up, testing, new customer acquisition, email marketing, direct mail, predictive analytics, and triggered and personalized email messaging. The Customer Relationship Associate will utilize these strategies to support both short and long term sales and database growth across all HUGO BOSS points of sale and online. 

Key responsibilities:

  • On-going CRM campaign execution and optimization of direct mail and digital/email marketing strategies including, but not limited to, pre campaign analysis, on-going campaign management, testing for increased performance, post campaign analytics, learnings and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Coordinate implementation of new campaign management tool including frontend integration, email service provider integration and CRM integration with third party ecommerce provider, internal IT and email service provider.
  • Proactively prioritize and guide CRM campaign management tool system enhancements and introduce new reports and campaigns to meet emerging business needs.
  • Ability to pull reporting for companywide customer analytics and behavioral reporting in cooperation with 3rd party platforms and systems.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure customer data meets the quality and standards that allows for execution of successful, effective and efficient direct mail and email marketing campaigns, including data cleansing, feed management and trouble shooting.
  • Partner with internal IT team to understand all CRM datapoints and feeds travelling in and out of CRM and campaign management tool to ensure that all data is flowing correctly and for trouble shooting.
  • Optimize and increase capture rate both in store and digitally/online through CRM initiatives and data capture strategies, including at point of sale and through the internal clienteling tool.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 3 years’ experience with marketing analytics and/or email marketing and/or CRM.
  • Highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with creative mindset.
  • Must be able to work independently/take initiative.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills with a “can do” attitude.
  • Strong technology and user application knowledge.
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent team working skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships across multiple levels and global divisions.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong proficiency in excel.
