You are welcome to apply for multiple jobs that have been advertised. When you submit an online application, a personal candidate profile is created for you, which you can access any time with your login data. You can assign your candidate profile to one or more vacant positions.
The length of the application procedure and the number of steps involve depend largely on which position you apply for. Two interviews are usually held. The first serves primarily for us to get to know one another better. The second interview, which is usually attended by the department manager, serves to discuss personal and professional information. It might also include a case study or work sample.
Depending on the position, an assessment tool (AON Assessments) might be used. Our applicants receive all information in advance, together with their invitation to the interview.
When we receive your application, you’ll get a receipt confirmation immediately. We’ll need some time to review your application package, however, because we need to coordinate with the relevant divisions. We’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Of course you're welcome to apply for other vacant positions if you’ve been rejected for one. There are many reasons why your application might have been rejected, so it’s entirely possible that you might be the perfect fit later or for a different position. So don’t give up – we always look forward to your application.

2. Is the One-Way-Interview a mandatory part of the application process?
Yes, the One-Way-Interview is a mandatory part of this application process. It is particularly important to us that you present yourself as authentically as possible during the interview. We would like to get to know you as an individual - your personality, your motivation, and what sets you apart. There is no need to memorize answers or formulate them perfectly. Just simply be yourself.
You can find the submission deadline for your One-Way-Interview in your invitation email. Three days before the deadline, you will automatically receive a reminder. Please make sure to complete and submit the One-Way-Interview within this time period.
2. When will I receive feedback after completing the One-Way-Interview?
As soon as you have completed and submitted your One-Way-Interview, your video will be forwarded to the responsible department. The team will carefully review your answers and provide you with feedback in a timely manner. This allows us to assess your fit for the position and initiate the next step in the recruitment process.
3. I have applied for several positions. Do I need to complete the One-Way-Interview multiple times?
Each One-Way-Interview is linked to a specific position you have applied for and is reviewed by a different department that is looking forward to getting to know you. Therefore, it is important that you complete a seperate One-Way-Interview for each postion.
On the start page, directly below “Start process”, you will find the practice mode, where you can answer test questions and build confidence.
To access it, click on “Start now”. You will then be redirected to a new page.
On this page, go to the “Practice mode” section and click on “Answer test question” to start practicing.
An access code is only required if you decide not to record the video in your web browser and instead choose to download the corresponding app. As soon as you select this option on the start page, an individual code will be displayed for you.
2. Has my One-Way-Interview been fully submitted? Is the audio and video quality acceptable?
Once you have completed and submitted your One-Way-Interview, a confirmation that your video has been successfully submitted will then appear on the screen. In addition, you will receive a confirmation by email. If any technical issues occured during your recording, we will be happy to contact you and offer you the oppurtunity to record it again.
3. I experienced technical issues with one of the questions. Can I re-record this question after submitting the video?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a link for individual questions. in this case, we will consider the recordings that have been submitted. We are aware that technical tools can sometimes cause difficulties, and we will of course take this into account in the further process.
We greatly appreciate your strong interest in the position. We have already received your application documents through your online application. Therefore, you do not need to submit your documents again via e-mail.
