At HUGO BOSS, we know that there are few things more important than a good start in a new job. And that's exactly what we want to ensure with our onboarding process. Learn more here about what to expect in your first few days and get to know our campus. YOUR ONBOARDING JOURNEY

MEET THE TEAM - 9am - 11am

The first meeting point will be 9am at the reception desk. In the first hours it´s all about to get to know the team, the new workplace and have lunch together.

SPOTLIGHT ON: YOUR FIRST DAYS - 1pm-2:00pm

After lunch HR invites the new colleagues to join the virtual onboarding session "SPOTLIGHT ON: FIRST DAYS" via Microsoft Teams. The link will be send out by email. At the virtual event topics like values, brands, company history and HR basics will be covered.

Please note: The onboarding event is offered at the beginning of each month. If you have your first day at HUGO BOSS during the month, we look forward to seeing you at next upcoming month's event.

SPOTLIGHT ON: ONBOARDING EVENT WITH OUR CEO DANIEL

Every month the onboarding event takes place with all new starters (for permanent employees only) and our CEO Daniel Grieder. There is an event for corporate employees and an event for industrial and technical employees. Here you will also get to know other new starters in person.

IT INTRODUCTION - 10:00 am - 11:30 am

On day two, our colleagues from Global IT and Data Protection will give you an introduction to all important topics at HUGO BOSS concerning IT, Information Security and Data Protection - from IT strategy to the most important digital tools and our intranet “ONE” as well as the IT ServiceDesk is our central point of contact for IT issues.

MEET YOUR BUDDY

Questions upon questions. Maybe not on your second day, but certainly within your first weeks, you will have your buddy meeting. Your buddy is there to support you during these initial weeks and assist you wherever possible. Make sure to check in with your manager, who will assign a buddy to you.

A GLIMPSE INTO LIFE AT HUGO BOSS

We are convinced the way we work must be as individual as the needs of our employees.

Three days in Metzingen, two days of mobile working – that is our Threedom of Work model. We have revolutionized our way of working together. On Mondays and Fridays you are free to choose where you work from. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays you connect with your team members in person. We are one of the first companies in the fashion industry to adopt this model. Along with offering you greater flexibility, it will contribute to protecting the climate by shortening the amount of time spent commuting.

On your first day, navigate to the visitor parking lot directly at the main gate in Holy-Allee. Then enter through the main gate to the reception where we will welcome you.

From your second day on you can use one of the many parking facilities around the HUGO BOSS campus with your employee ID card, such as the HUGO BOSS parking garage in Carl-Zeiss-Strasse 2 with over 1000 parking spaces.
