As part of the Mental Health Program, we offer free training in mental and social strengths. For example, you can join special courses on stress management and prevention, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, or resilience training.

LIFE COACHING

Our partner provides a 24/7 advice hotline for you. A qualified consultant will offer you confidential support in relation to all situations in life, such as mental health, relationships, or raising children.

LEADERSHIP HOTLINE

Through our partner we offer our executives a 24/7 hotline, and executive-to-executive business coaching. In addition, general topics such as "Conducting difficult conversations", "Preventing overload" and "Maintaining personal balance" can be addressed.

SPORT TIMES 

Our well-equipped fitness studio on our HUGO BOSS campus in Metzingen is available to you 24/7. Professional personal trainers will introduce you to the equipment and create a personalized training plan for you.

FITNESS COURSES 

From Monday to Friday, you can take part in a wide range of low-cost courses in our fitness rooms. The relaxation and exercise classes on offer include Yoga to Relax, Power Flow Yoga, Complete Body Workout, Back Training, and Deep Relaxation.

HUGO BOSS HEALTH EVENTS 

At our regular health events, you can inform yourself about the latest health topics and your current state of health.

JOB BIKE

With our partner you can lease a bike for 36 months at a discounted rate. E-bike, mountain bike or racing bike – simply make your choice and get cycling. This way you can strengthen your own fitness and protect the environment at the same time.

MOBILITY ALLOWANCE / DEUTSCHLANDTICKET

To ensure you are always mobile, we support you with a monthly gross subsidy of €50, or with the Deutschlandticket.

If childcare costs are incurred due to both parents being employed, you can receive financial support until your child starts school.

DAYCARE AND KINDERGARTEN PLACES
In order to best support you in balancing family and career, BOSS provides the in-house daycare center "LITTLE BOSS TIMES". In addition, in cooperation with the city of Metzingen, we provide kindergarten places for children from 3 years of age until they start school.
