To support your sports and fitness activities as part of our health care efforts, we contribute to the costs of a subscription after one year of employment. We cover one-third of the costs (up to 350 CHF) for the program of your choice.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES
At HUGO BOSS, we highly value the work-life balance of our employees. That is why we provide support through a childcare allowance. This allowance is available to employees working a minimum of 50% of their work schedule and remains valid until the child starts elementary school or reaches the age of 5, whichever comes later. For each eligible child, we provide a monthly allowance of CHF 400.
